After viewing numerous potential apartments with ACHA, the owners chose this 3,000+ sq ft apartment in a prominent Park Avenue building. Working within the building’s demanding guidelines, the apartment was demolished to its structural bones, transforming the original pre-war layout to the needs of the new owners, their young children, and their extensive art collection.

Park Avenue

While integrating state of the art systems discreetly behind walls, cabinets, and high ceilings, ACHA renovated the apartment using period detailing and articulated rooms. ACHA’s expertise in the showing and lighting of artworks was complemented in its partnership with L’Observatoire Internationale for this purpose.
