Single prefabricated units are repeated horizontally and vertically in this multi-story dormitory.  It has a public café at the ground floor and a student lounge at its top floor. Also shown is a single story dormitory for graduate students and visiting academics. Exterior veneers, like brick and glass U-channels at the exterior stairs, are applied onsite to the prefabricated units. The single story building has a green roof, providing a layer of insulation and protection to the building.
